We’re your go‑to dry‑hire mobile bartenders! We bring the bar, the tools, the expertise, and the vibe — you bring the alcohol. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, we customize every package because one size definitely doesn’t fit all. Tell us your vision, and we’ll build a bartending experience that fits your event, your style, and your budget.

Bartender Only

  • All Bartenders are TABC certified with General & Liquor Liability Insurance

  • Bartender ONLY service includes 30 mins for prep prior to event start time (to ice down drinks & set up the bar) and 30 mins clean-up after the event end time, with no additional charge service charge added. Also, each bartender will bring all necessary bar tools, bar mats and ice bucket.

    Service charge will be $50.00 per hour per bartender. 1 bartender per 65 guests is recommended for the service flow.

Full-Service Mobile Bar; Starting Package:

  • 1 TABC Bartender

  • General & Liquor Liability Insurance

  • Up to 65 guests

  • Travel within 50 miles of San Antonio or an additional charge may apply

  • 5 hours of cocktail service with additional time for set up and breakdown at no additional charge

  • Disposable plastic 12 oz Cups for Cocktails, 9 oz for Wine & 1 oz Shot Glasses (if venue allows shots)

  • We match your events theme/colors for bar decor & bring Napkins, Straws, Stir Sticks in coordinating colors as well.

  • Bitters with Luxardo Cherries & Whiskey Smoker, Simple Syrup, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Grenadine, Beer Salts, & Margarita Sugar/Salt, Chamoy/Tajin Rimmers

  • Basic garnishes (cherries, oranges, lemons & limes)

  • Tables & portable mobile bar with coolers, & all bar tools. (If your venue has a bar, please let us know)

  • A complete alcohol shopping list

  • A tasting can be scheduled at our office to work out all the details after deposit is taken and create your custom menu for signature drinks!
