- WARNING: Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale.
- WARNING: Cigar smoking can cause lung cancer and heart disease.
- WARNING: Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes.
Venue & Smoking Compliance
Texas law prohibits smoking in certain indoor public spaces. Municipal ordinances may impose additional restrictions. Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue permits outdoor or designated smoking areas in compliance with all applicable local and state regulations. Whiskey & Wildflowers reserves the right to decline or relocate service if a venue does not provide a legally compliant smoking area.
Permits & Licensing
Whiskey & Wildflowers operates in full compliance with the Texas Comptroller's tobacco permitting requirements. All tobacco sales and service are conducted under a valid Texas Tobacco Retailer's Permit as required by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. We do not sell or provide tobacco products to any person under 21 years of age. Valid government-issued ID is required at all events.
Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume cigars and/or alcoholic beverages.
