How far do you travel?

Whether your event is hosted at a Hill Country wedding venue, ranch property, winery, private estate, or corporate event space, we bring a fully equipped mobile bar and mobile cigar lounge experience directly to your location. We are located in San Antonio Texas, and we proudly service a wide radius across Texas Hill Country without any additional travel expense to you. If your event is outside our standard service area, we may still be able to accommodate your celebration depending on the location, guest count, and event logistics. Travel arrangements can be discussed during the booking process to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Whiskey & Wildflowers operates under the Texas dry-hire bartending model, which means the host or venue provides the alcohol for the event. This approach keeps your celebration compliant with Texas alcohol service regulations while giving you full control over the beverage selection served to your guest. Also, there are no additional mark-ups as you can purchase the alcohol you select on base, Costco, Total wine etc. Your choice for selection and quantities, and the best part is you get to keep any leftover spirits to use toward your next celebration.

Our team provides everything needed for a professional and seamless bar experience, including TABC-certified bartenders, bar setup, non-alcoholic mixers, garnishes, cups, tools, and custom drink menus. We also provide guidance on quantities and can assist with a recommended shopping list to help you purchase the right amount of alcohol for your guest count.

Our mobile cigar bar includes a selection of premium cigars, elegant display setups, cutters, lighters, ashtrays, and optional cigar hosts who assist guests with selecting and enjoying their cigars. Many couples choose to introduce the cigar lounge during cocktail hour, after dinner, or later in the evening as guests transition into a more relaxed social atmosphere.

Our bartending service includes TABC-certified bartenders, bar setup, essential bar tools, non-alcoholic mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, and cocktail preparation equipment to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout your event.

Since Texas operates under a dry-hire bartending model, the host provides the alcohol while we supply everything needed to serve it professionally. We also assist with custom drink menu planning and alcohol quantity recommendations, helping you determine how much beer, wine, liquor, and mixers to purchase based on your guest count.

Depending on your event needs, we can bring as little or as much as you’d like. Some hosts prefer a simple setup with bartenders and basic bar service, while others choose a more complete experience with custom cocktail menus, specialty mixers, and additional bar presentation elements. Our goal is to tailor the service to fit your event style, guest count, and vision and budget.

To officially reserve your date, we require a signed service agreement and a 50 % non-refundable deposit. Once booked we coordinate all the details and timeline expectations etc., for your event and can even setup a custom tasting at our office to ensure your vision will come to life and create your signature drinks and curated menu.
